We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature on Damage iD β€” automated email notifications for every completed inspection.

You can customize the subject, body, from, cc, and bcc fields of the email and even use data placeholders to insert case details dynamically. This makes it easier than ever to integrate with other tools, automate workflows, and stay in the loop.

Benefits of Email Notifications:

  • Better Communication: Share results with your team or customers via cc/bcc.

How to Set It Up:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ App/Photo Setting β†’ Check: an inspection is completed β†’ Enter email β†’ Update
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Sharing β†’ Notify Inspection tab.
  3. Customize the email subject and body using placeholders for case data β†’ Update
